On March 31, 2017, the Department of Labor (DOL) will submit the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) sponsored information collection request (ICR) titled, ``Benefits Timeliness and Quality Review System,'' to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval for continued use, without change, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). Public comments on the ICR are invited.

The Department of Homeland Security is issuing a final rule to amend its regulations to exempt portions of a newly established system of records titled, ``Department of Homeland Security/United States Coast Guard-031 USCG Law Enforcement (ULE) System of Records'' from certain provisions of the Privacy Act. Specifically, the Department exempts portions of the ``Department of Homeland Security/United States Coast Guard-031 USCG Law Enforcement (ULE) System of Records'' from one or more provisions of the Privacy Act because of criminal, civil, and administrative enforcement requirements.
