Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
The National Guard Bureau proposes to add a new system of records, INGB 007, entitled, ``Guard Equipment Acquisition Records'' to its inventory of record systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended. The information in this system will be used to track designated personnel authorized to manage records for new equipment requirements and distribution to Army National Guard units.

The Department of Labor (DOL) is submitting the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) sponsored information collection request (ICR) revision titled, ``Complaint Involving Employment Discrimination by a Federal Contractor or Subcontractor,'' to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval for use in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.). Public comments on the ICR are invited.
