Under the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Department of the Interior is issuing a public notice of its intent to amend the Office of the Secretary Privacy Act system of records, ``Incident Management, Analysis and Reporting System,'' to update the address for the system manager and amend Routine Use (16). The amendment will protect ongoing law enforcement proceedings, the identity of certain confidential informants, the health and safety of individuals, and the privacy interests of parties involved, injured or identified in incident reports related to traffic accidents, personal injuries, or the loss or damage of property.

The Department of Commerce (DOC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.

This document provides notice of the existence of a computer matching program between the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, titled ``Verification Division DHS- USCIS/NJ-LWD.''
