National Freight Advisory Committee: Notice of Public Meeting
The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) announces a public meeting of its National Freight Advisory Committee (NFAC) to provide recommendations to the Department as it continues to develop the National Freight Strategic Plan (Plan). Meetings are open to the public and there will be a period of time at the end of the second day of the meeting for public comment.

On Monday, February 24, 2014 (79 FR 10128-10129), the Department of Defense published a notice announcing a meeting of the Independent Review Panel on Military Medical Construction Standards (``the Panel''), which was scheduled for Monday-Tuesday, March 3-4, 2014. This notice announces the cancellation of the March 3, 2014 meeting. Due to the inclement weather and the government's decision to close Federal offices in the Washington DC area, the scheduled Panel meeting on March 3, 2014 is cancelled. Due to the closure of Federal offices in the Washington DC area, this notice of meeting cancellation could not be published before the date of the meeting that is now cancelled.

Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
The United States Central Command is proposing to amend a system of records notice in its existing inventory of records systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended. The system is entitled FCENTCOM 01, Combined Mild Traumatic Brain Injury Registry and is being amended to reflect the new records retention and disposal.
