The Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Trustee Council is soliciting nominations for the Public Advisory Committee, which advises the Trustee Council on decisions related to the planning, evaluation, funds allocation, and conduct of injury assessment and restoration activities related to the T/V Exxon Valdez oil spill of March 1989. Public Advisory Committee members will be selected by the Secretary of the Interior to serve a 24-month term, which will begin on October 1, 2014.

In accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Department of the Treasury gives notice of an amendment to this part to reflect revisions of existing Internal Revenue Service (IRS) systems of records and to exempt the resulting revised systems of records from certain provisions of the Privacy Act. Criminal Investigation has revised five systems of records and deleted one system of records. This final rule applies the previously approved exemptions to the newly revised and renamed systems of records.
