The Department published a notice entitled ``Additional Guidance on Airfare/Air Tour Price Advertisements,'' in the Federal Register of February 27, 2012; the notice contained an incorrect address for the Department.

The Department of the Interior is requesting comments on its draft policy on consultation with Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act corporations.

Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), as amended, 5. U.S.C. App. 2, the Office of Trade and Labor Affairs (OTLA) gives notice of a meeting of the National Advisory Committee for Labor Provisions of U.S. Free Trade Agreements (``Committee'' or ``NAC''), which was established by the Secretary of Labor. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the implementation of the labor provisions of the Free Trade Agreements, technical cooperation programs and planning, and a Subcommittee's report regarding the North American Agreement on Labor Cooperation.

A key mission of both the Department of Commerce (DOC) is to help U.S. businesses grow and create jobs. Recently, the White House launched the BusinessUSA Initiative (www.Business.USA.gov) to help further these goals. This notice announces the Commerce Business Apps Challenge (https://docbusinessapps.challenge.gov) which DOC is launching to encourage members of the public to develop, using at least one DOC data set, an application (Web, mobile, PC, etc.) that assists businesses and/or improves the service delivery of Business.USA.gov to the business community. Specifically, we're looking for innovative ways to use DOC and other federal data and program information to help businesses: Learn about and evaluate opportunities, both here in the U.S. and internationally; Access useful government services, data, and market information; Fund business activities; Support education and training, and Facilitate or accelerate the pursuit of operating and growing their business.

Under the provision of the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972 (5 U.S.C., appendix as amended), the Government in the Sunshine Act of 1976 (5 U.S.C. 552b as amended), and 41 CFR 102-3.150, the Department of Defense announces that the following Federal advisory committee meeting of the DoD Board of Actuaries will take place.

The FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 requires covered U.S. carriers and U.S. airports to submit to the Secretary of Transportation for review and approval tarmac delay contingency plans on or before May 14, 2012. The U.S. Department of Transportation's Office of Aviation Enforcement and Proceedings (Enforcement Office) will be establishing an electronic submission system to enable covered airlines and airports to submit the required plans through the World Wide Web. The Enforcement Office plans to issue another notice within 45 days that will provide information on how covered carriers and airports can submit these required plans. Submissions of the plans should not be made prior to that date to ensure proper review and recording.

Under the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972 (5 U.S.C., Appendix, as amended), the Sunshine in the Government Act of 1976 (5 U.S.C. 552b, as amended), the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) announce the following advisory board meeting of the Veterans' Advisory Board on Dose Reconstruction (VBDR).
