The Defense Threat Reduction Agency proposes to amend a system of records notices in its existing inventory of record systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, (5 U.S.C. 552a), as amended.

The Department of Homeland Security is issuing a final rule to amend its regulations to exempt portions of a Department of Homeland Security/National Protections and Programs Directorate/U.S. Visitor and Immigrant Status Indicator Technology system of records entitled the ``Department of Homeland Security/National Protections and Programs Directorate/U.S. Visitor and Immigrant Status Indicator Technology003 Technical Reconciliation Analysis Classification System of Records'' from certain provisions of the Privacy Act. Specifically, the Department exempts portions of the Department of Homeland Security/ National Protections and Programs Directorate/U.S. Visitor and Immigrant Status Indicator Technology003 Technical Reconciliation Analysis Classification system of records from one or more provisions of the Privacy Act because of criminal, civil, and administrative enforcement requirements.

Specifically, the Department exempts portions of the Department of Homeland Security/U.S. Coast Guard013 Marine Information for Safety and Law Enforcement system from one or more provisions of the Privacy Act because of criminal, civil, and administrative enforcement requirements.
