Tribal Listening Session; Oklahoma City Probate Hearings Division Field Office
The Department of the Interior's (Department) Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA), Probate Hearings Division (Ph.D.) is responsible for probating Indian trust estates. OHA plans to close the Ph.D. Oklahoma City Field Office at the end of this fiscal year, September 30, 2017. This notice is to inform interested federally recognized tribes, individual Indians, and other interested parties of an upcoming opportunity to share insights and make recommendations regarding how OHA can best maintain its level of service. The agencies and areas served by the Oklahoma City Ph.D. office include Horton, Absentee Shawnee, Anadarko, Cherokee Nation, Chickasaw Nation, Choctaw Nation, Citizen Pottawatomie, Concho, Eastern Oklahoma, Miami, Pawnee, Sac & Fox (except IA), Shawnee, and Southern Plains.

Final Procedures for Distribution of Remaining Crude Oil Refunds
The Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) of the Department of Energy (DOE) is responsible for the disbursement of crude oil refund monies currently remaining in the DOE crude oil refund escrow account. The preliminary distribution of these monies, approximately 90 percent of the funds, was made pursuant to a January 13, 2006 Notice. This notice announces the procedures to be used in distributing the remaining crude oil refund monies.
Implementation of Special Refund Procedures
The Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) of the Department of Energy (DOE) announces the procedures for the disbursement of $1,592,901, plus accrued interest, in motor gasoline overcharges obtained by the DOE pursuant to remedial orders issued to Powerine Oil Company, Case No. TEF-0006, and Storey Oil Company, Inc., Case No. TEF- 0009. The OHA has determined that the funds will be distributed in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR part 205, subpart V.

(Robert J. Martin), Case No. TEF-0011.
