The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing the names of one or more persons that have been placed on OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List) based on OFAC's determination that one or more applicable legal criteria were satisfied. All property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of these persons are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them.

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing an update to the identifying information of persons currently included in OFAC's Non-SDN Chinese Military- Industrial Complex Companies List. Any purchase or sale of any publicly traded securities, or any publicly traded securities that are derivative of such securities or are designed to provide investment exposure to such securities, of any of these persons, by any United States person in violation of Executive Order 13959 (``E.O. 13959''), as amended by Executive Order 14032 (``E.O. 14032''), is prohibited.

Any purchase or sale of any publicly traded securities, or any publicly traded securities that are derivative of such securities or are designed to provide investment exposure to such securities, of any of these persons, by any United States person in violation of the Order is prohibited.

Burma Sanctions Regulations
The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is adding regulations to implement a February 10, 2021 Burma-related Executive order. OFAC intends to supplement these regulations with a more comprehensive set of regulations, which may include additional interpretive and definitional guidance, general licenses, and other regulatory provisions.
