The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (``OFAC'') is publishing an updated list of items defined as basic medical supplies under section 560.530(a)(3)(ii) of the Iranian Transactions and Sanctions Regulations, 31 CFR part 560 (``ITSR''), and generally licensed for exportation or reexportation to Iran pursuant to Sec. 560.530(a)(3)(i), to include additional items.
