Lineal descendants or representatives of any Indian tribe or Native Hawaiian organization not identified in this notice that wish to request transfer of control of these human remains and associated funerary objects should submit a written request to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. If no additional requestors come forward, transfer of control of the human remains and associated funerary objects to the lineal descendants, Indian tribes, or Native Hawaiian organizations stated in this notice may proceed.

Appendix 1-16), the National Park Service (NPS) is hereby giving notice that the Advisory Council for the Captain John Smith Chesapeake National Historic Trail (Council) will hold a meeting. The Council will meet for the purpose of discussing segment planning, land and resource management and the National Register of Historic Places eligibility process. Designated through an amendment to the National Trails System Act (16 U.S.C. 1241 to 1251, as amended), the Captain John Smith Chesapeake National Historic trail consists of ``a series of water routes extending approximately 3,000 miles along the Chesapeake Bay and the tributaries of the Chesapeake Bay in the States of Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and in the District of Columbia,'' tracing the 1607-1609 voyages of Captain John Smith to chart the land and waterways of the Chesapeake Bay. In 2012, the trail was extended to include four river segments closely associated with Captain John Smith's exploration of the Chesapeake Bay, including the north and west branches of the Susquehanna River.

Lineal descendants or representatives of any Indian tribe or Native Hawaiian organization not identified in this notice that wish to request transfer of control of these human remains should submit a written request to the Office of the State Archaeologist Bioarchaeology Program. If no additional requestors come forward, transfer of control of the human remains to the lineal descendants, Indian tribes, or Native Hawaiian organizations stated in this notice may proceed.

Stanford University Heritage Services has completed an inventory of the human remains of a Native American individual in consultation with the appropriate Indian tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations, and has identified a lineal descendant of this Native American indvidual. Lineal descendants or representatives of any Indian tribe or Native Hawaiian organization not identified in this notice that wish to request transfer of control of these human remains should submit a written request to Stanford University Heritage Services. If no additional requestors come forward, transfer of control of the human remains to the lineal descendant stated in this notice may proceed.

The National Park Service (NPS) announces the availability of a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Herring River Restoration Project in Cape Cod National Seashore, Massachusetts. The FEIS provides a systematic analysis of alternative approaches to restore the Herring River estuary to a more productive and natural condition after a century of diking and draining.

The boundary of Saguaro National Park is modified to include 273.08 acres of land located in Pima County, Arizona, immediately adjacent to the boundary of the park. Subsequent to the proposed boundary revision, the United States will acquire the land by donation from The Trust for Public Land, a nonprofit conservation organization.

The Lakeshore Museum Center, in consultation with the appropriate Indian tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations, has determined that the cultural item listed in this notice meets the definition of an unassociated funerary object.
