NOAA publishes this notice to change the full proposal submission deadline for the solicitation ``Bay Watershed Education and Training (B-WET) Hawaii Program,'' to August 29, 2008 to give the public more time to respond. The solicitation, which was originally announced in the Federal Register on July 11, 2008, gave a proposal due date of August 15, 2008.
