Meetings of Humanities Panel
The National Endowment for the Humanities will hold three meetings of the Humanities Panel, a federal advisory committee, during January, 2016. The purpose of the meetings is for panel review, discussion, evaluation, and recommendation of applications for financial assistance under the National Foundation on the Arts and Humanities Act of 1965.
Federal Council on the Arts and the Humanities; Arts and Artifacts Indemnity Panel Advisory Committee
Pursuant to section 9(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. App.) and its implementing regulations, 41 CFR 102-3.65, the Federal Council on the Arts and the Humanities (the Council) gives notice that the Charter for the Arts and Artifacts Indemnity Panel advisory committee was renewed for an additional two-year period on November 25, 2015. The Council determined that renewing the advisory committee is in the public interest in connection with the duties imposed on the Council by the Arts and Artifacts Indemnity Act, 20 U.S.C. 971 et seq., as amended.

Public Availability of the National Endowment for the Humanities FY 2014 Service Contract Inventory
In accordance with Section 743 of Division C of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2010 (Pub. L. 111-117), the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) is publishing this notice to advise the public of the availability of the FY 2014 Service Contract Inventory. This inventory provides information on service contract actions over $25,000 that were made in FY 2014. The information is organized by function to show how contracted resources are distributed throughout the agency. NEH has developed this inventory in accordance with guidance issued on November 5, 2010 and December 19, 2011 by the Office of Management and Budget's Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP). OFPP's guidance is available at https://www.whitehouse.gov/omb/ procurement-service-contract-inventories. NEH has posted its FY 2014 inventory documents on its Web site at the following link: https:// www.neh.gov/about/legal/reports.
