Advisory Committee on the Records of Congress; Meeting
We are announcing an upcoming meeting of the Advisory Committee on the Records of Congress in accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The committee advises NARA on the full range of programs, policies, and plans for the Center for Legislative Archives in the Office of Legislative Archives, Presidential Libraries, and Museum Services (LPM).
Records Schedules; Availability and Request for Comments
The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) publishes notice of certain Federal agency requests for records disposition authority (records schedules). We publish notice in the Federal Register and on regulations.gov for records schedules in which agencies propose to dispose of records they no longer need to conduct agency business. We invite public comments on such records schedules.
Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request
We have submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval to continue to use a currently approved information collection that our Office of Government Information Services (OGIS) uses to obtain customer intake information and consent as part of its mediation services program. We invite you to comment on the proposed information collection.
