Information Collection; Federal Acquisition Regulation: Buy American, Trade Agreements, and Duty-Free Entry
Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Regulatory Secretariat Division (MVCB) will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request for revision and an extension to existing OMB clearances regarding the Buy American statute, Trade Agreements, and duty-free entry.

A notice published in the Federal Register at 82 FR 20339 on June 30, 2017. No comments were received.
Notice of Intent To Grant Partially Exclusive Term License
NASA hereby gives notice of its intent to grant a partially exclusive patent license in the United States to practice the invention described and claimed in U.S. Patent 8,813,577 entitled ``Self- Contained Compressed-Flow Generation Device for use in making Differential Measurements,'' U.S. Patent 8,555,731 entitled ``Self- Contained Compressed-Flow Generation Device for use in making Differential Measurements,'' U.S. Patent 8,739,638 entitled ``Star- Shaped fluid flow tool for use in making differential measurements,'' and U.S. Patent 8,733,180 entitled ``Airfoil-shaped Fluid Flow Tool for use in making Differential Measurements,'' to AquaStar Pool Products, Inc., having its principal place of business in Ventura, California. The fields of use may be limited to pool products and supplies. NASA has not yet made a determination to grant the requested license and may deny the requested license even if no objections are submitted within the comment period.
Notice of Intent To Hold International Space Station Stakeholder Workshop
The International Space Station (ISS) Stakeholder Workshop is intended to engage ISS stakeholders in gathering information that may be used in the development of NASA's future ISS planning activities. Specifically, the workshop targets the commercial space sector, researchers, technology developers, transportation and habitation providers, other government agencies, and other interested parties, providing a forum for dialogue with NASA on topics relevant to ISS future planning. Topics for discussion include the low Earth orbit (LEO) commercial, research, and development market; access to space; the value of permanent human habitation in LEO; and structure and planning for public/private partnerships in LEO.
NASA Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement: Award Term (NFS Case 2016-N027)
NASA is issuing a final rule amending the NASA Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Supplement (NFS) to add policy on the use of additional contract periods of performance or ``award terms'' as a contract incentive.

Implementation of the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act; Correction
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration is correcting an interim final rule that appeared in the Federal Register and became effective on June 26, 2017. The document issued an adjustment to the civil monetary penalties within the Agency's jurisdiction for inflation, as required by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990 (the Inflation Adjustment Act or the Act), as amended by the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996 and further amended by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015 (2015 Act). The document inadvertently failed to provide a date and address by which to submit comments.
