Information Collection; Affirmative Procurement of Biobased Procurements Under Services and Construction Contracts
Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Regulatory Secretariat Division (MVCB) will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a previously approved information collection requirement regarding Biobased Procurements.

A notice published in the Federal Register at 82 FR 24349 on May 26, 2017. No comments were received.
Notice of Intent To Grant an Exclusive Foreign Patent License
NASA hereby gives notice of its intent to grant an exclusive patent license to practice the invention described and claimed in U.S. Patent No. 9,011,789, entitled ``Treatment System for Removing Halogenated Compounds from Contaminated Sources'' and Canadian Patent No. 2,868,843, entitled ``Removing Halogenated Compounds from Contaminated Systems'' (NASA Case No. KSC-13579) to ecoSPEARS, LLC having its principal place of business in Winter Springs, Florida. The aforementioned U.S. and foreign patents have been assigned to the Government of the United States of America.
NASA FAR Supplement: Preproposal/Pre-Bid Conference (2017-N023)
NASA is issuing a direct final rule to amend the NASA FAR Supplement (NFS) to remove reference to the NASA Acquisition Information System (NAIS) electronic posting system and revise titles to agency directives.
Applied Sciences Advisory Committee; Meeting
In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, as amended, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) announces a meeting of the Applied Sciences Advisory Committee (ASAC). This Committee functions in an advisory capacity to the Director, Earth Science Division, in the NASA Science Mission Directorate. The meeting will be held for the purpose of soliciting, from the applied sciences community and other persons, scientific and technical information relevant to program planning.
