Notice of Receipt of Complaint; Solicitation of Comments Relating to the Public Interest
Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint entitled Certain Pick-Up Truck Folding Bed Cover Systems and Components Thereof, DN 3665; the Commission is soliciting comments on any public interest issues raised by the complaint or complainant's filing pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure.
Caribbean Basin Economic Recovery Act: Impact on U.S. Industries and Consumers and on Beneficiary Countries
The Commission has begun preparation of its 2023 report required by section 215 of the Caribbean Basin Economic Recovery Act and has scheduled a public hearing for March 9, 2023, in connection with the report. The report will cover trade during calendar years 2021 and 2022, and the Commission will transmit its report to the Congress and the President by September 30, 2023.
