Notice is hereby given that the presiding administrative law judge (``ALJ'') has issued a Final Initial Determination on Violation of Section 337 and Recommended Determination on Remedy and Bonding in the above-captioned investigation. The Commission is soliciting comments on public interest issues raised by the recommended relief should the Commission find a violation of section 337. The ALJ recommended, should the Commission find a violation, that the Commission issue a limited exclusion order directed against certain memory modules and components thereof, and products containing same imported by respondents SK Hynix Inc. of Gyeoonggi-do, Republic of Korea; and SK Hynix America, Inc. and SK Hynix Memory Solutions Inc., both of San Jose, California. This notice is soliciting public interest comments from the public only. Parties are to file public interest submissions pursuant to Commission rules.

Section 202(f)(3) of the Trade Act of 1974 requires that the United States International Trade Commission (``Commission'') publish in the Federal Register a summary of each report that it submits to the President under section 202(f)(1) of the Trade Act of 1974. Set forth below is a summary of the report that the Commission submitted to the President on November 13, 2017, on investigation No. TA-201-75, Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Cells (Whether or Not Partially or Fully Assembled into Other Products). The Commission conducted the investigation under section 202(b) of the Trade Act of 1974 following receipt of a petition properly filed on May 17, 2017.
