On March 9, 2007, the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') published the preliminary results of its administrative and new shipper reviews of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from the People's Republic of China (``PRC''). Based on our analysis of the record, including information obtained since the preliminary results, we have made changes to the margin calculations for Yelin Enterprise Co.
