Certain Oil Country Tubular Goods From the Republic of Korea: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No Shipments; 2021-2022
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain producers/exporters subject to this review made sales of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) September 1, 2021, through August 31, 2022, and that HiSteel Co., Ltd. (HiSteel) had no shipments of subject merchandise to the United States during the POR.
Certain Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products From Japan: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony With the Final Results of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; Notice of Amended Final Results
On March 26, 2024, the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) issued its final judgment in Optima Steel International, LLC v. United States, Court No. 1:23-cv-00108 (CIT March 26, 2024), sustaining the U.S. Department of Commerce's (Commerce) final remand results pertaining to the antidumping duty administrative review on certain hot-rolled steel flat products from Japan, covering the period of review (POR) October 1, 2020, through September 30, 2021. Commerce is notifying the public that the CIT's final judgment is not in harmony with the final results of the administrative review, and that Commerce is amending its final results.
Granular Polytetrafluoroethylene Resin From India: Preliminary Results and Partial Recission of the Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2021-2022
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited (GFCL), a producer and exporter of granular polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin from India. The period of review (POR) is July 6, 2021, through December 31, 2022.
