FOIA Fee Schedule Update
The Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board is publishing its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Fee Schedule Update pursuant to the Board's regulations.
Sunshine Act Notice
The Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (Board) published a notice in the Federal Register of July 27, 2015, (80 FR 44335), concerning a two-session public hearing and meeting on August 26, 2015, at the Three Rivers Convention Center, 7016 West Grandridge Boulevard, Kennewick, Washington 99352. The Board amends that notice as set forth below to postpone the Session II open meeting and supplement the Session I hearing.

The Board invites any interested persons or groups to present any comments, technical information, or data concerning safety issues related to the matters to be considered.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Government in the Sunshine Act 5 U.S.C. 552b, and the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board's (Board) regulations implementing the Government in the Sunshine Act, notice is hereby given of the Board's closed meeting described below.
Notice of Intent To Extend an Information Collection
In compliance with the requirement of Section 3506(c)(2)(A) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for opportunity for public comment on proposed data collection projects, the Harry S. Truman Scholarship Foundation [Foundation] will publish periodic summaries of proposed projects. Comments are invited on (a) whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information shall have practical utility; (b) the accuracy of the agency's estimate of the burden of the proposed collection of information; (c) ways to enhance the quality, utility and clarity of the information to be collected; and (d) ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on respondents, including through the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology.
Scholar Accountability Policy
This final rule adopts the Truman Scholarship Foundation [Foundation] Scholar Accountability Policy. This Accountability Policy clarifies and standardizes Foundation rules governing accountability of an individual selected as a Harry S. Truman Scholar [Scholar] to fulfill his or her obligation to become employed in public service. It requires any Scholar who is selected after January 2005 and who is not employed in public service for three of the seven years immediately following completion of his or her Foundation-funded graduate education to repay to the Foundation an amount equal to the Scholarship stipends received, with interest and any costs of collection.
Scholar Accountability Policy
The Truman Scholarship Foundation (Foundation) proposes to amend its regulations with respect to Scholar accountability to the Foundation for scholarship funds received. This rule is to clarify existing Foundation policy. This is the second notice for public comment: the first was published in the Federal Register (January 21, 2005 70 FR 3178-3179), and no comments were received.
Harry S. Truman Scholarship 2005 Competition
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the authority contained in the Harry S. Truman Memorial Scholarship Act, Public Law 93-642 (20 U.S.C. 2001), nominations are being accepted from eligible institutions of higher education for 2005 Truman Scholarships. Procedures are prescribed at 45 CFR part 1801. In order to be assured consideration, the Truman Scholarship Foundation, 712 Jackson Place, NW., Washington, DC 20006, must receive all documentation in support of nominations no later than February 7, 2005, from participating institutions.
