Office of Federal High-Performance Buildings; Green Building Advisory Committee; Notification of Upcoming Conference Calls
Notice of this meeting and these conference calls is being provided according to the requirements of the Federal Advisory Committee Act. This notice provides the agenda and schedule for the October 24, 2017 meeting of the Green Building Advisory Committee (the Committee) and schedule for a series of conference calls, supplemented by Web meetings, for two task groups of the Committee. The meeting is open to the public and the site is accessible to individuals with disabilities. The conference calls are open for the public to listen in. Interested individuals must register to attend as instructed below under Supplementary Information.

Federal Management Regulation; Effective Federal Warehousing-Notification, Federal Warehousing and Storage of Assets
GSA's OGP is providing guidance on Federal warehousing and the storage of assets through FMR Bulletin B-44. FMR Bulletin B-44 summarizes the industry-leading perspectives obtained through the development of international standards. This Bulletin provides an overview of considerations for agencies as they plan for acquiring warehousing space and throughout the life-cycle of the warehouse. In addition to addressing the warehouse facility itself, the FMR Bulletin B-44 discusses the contents of the warehouse, with the idea that if the contents can be reduced, the need for warehousing facilities can also be reduced concomitantly. The Presidential Commission on Election Integrity (PCEI); Upcoming Public Advisory Meeting
The Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity (Commission), a Federal Advisory Committee established in accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), and Executive Order 13799, will hold its first meeting on Wednesday, July 19, 2017. This meeting will consist of a ceremonial swearing in of Commission members, introductions and statements from members, a discussion of the Commission's charge and objectives, possible comments or presentations from invited experts, and a discussion of next steps and related matters. The General Services Administration is announcing this meeting with less than 15 calendar days' public notice as July 4th is a federal holiday, thus delaying the administrative processing of this notice.
Information Collection; System for Award Management Registration Requirements for Prime Grant Recipients
Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Regulatory Secretariat Division will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve a renewal of the currently approved information collection requirement regarding the pre-award registration requirements for federal Prime Grant Recipients. The title of the approved information collection is Central Contractor Registration Requirements for Prime Grant Recipients. The updated information collection title, based on the migration of the Central Contractor Registration system to the System for Award Management in late July 2012, is System for Award Management Registration Requirements for Prime Grant Recipients.
