The Federal Trade Commission (``FTC'' or ``Commission'') seeks public comment on proposed amendments to the Commission's Negative Option Rule (or ``Rule'') to combat unfair or deceptive practices that include recurring charges for products or services consumers do not want and cannot cancel without undue difficulty.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC or Commission) is seeking public comment on its proposal to extend an additional three years the current Paperwork Reduction Act clearance to participate in the Office of Management and Budget program ``Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Service Delivery.'' The current clearance expires on July 31, 2023.
