Federal Trade Commission November 3, 2020 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

The FTC requests that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) extend for three years the current Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) clearance for information collection requirements contained in the Use of Prenotification Negative Option Plans (Negative Option Rule or Rule). That clearance expires on December 31, 2020.
