Federal Reserve System August 25, 2011 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

Pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and 5 CFR 1320.16, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (``Board'') is proposing new information collections for savings and loan holding companies (``SLHCs''). On July 21, 2011, the responsibility for supervision and regulation of SLHCs transferred from the Office of Thrift Supervision (``OTS'') to the Board pursuant to section 312 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (``Dodd-Frank Act'').
