This NOFO details the application procedures and requirements to obtain remaining grant funding for eligible positive train control (PTC) system projects of the Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements (CRISI) Program as provided by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2018, (2018 Appropriation). The funding in this NOFO remains from the 2018 Appropriation after DOT selected applications submitted in response to an initial NOFO for PTC systems deployment published on May 18, 2018.
