Those actions issue National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Section 4(f) of The Department of Transportation Act (Section 4(f)) decisions for the following projects: South Bridge EA and FONSI and I-70 West Vail Pass Auxiliary Lanes EA and FONSI.
