The Office of the United States Trade Representative (``USTR'') is providing notice that on July 22, 2011, the People's Republic of China requested consultations with the United States under the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization (``WTO Agreement'') concerning anti-dumping measures regarding diamond sawblades and parts thereof from China. USTR invites written comments from the public concerning the issues raised in China's July 22, 2011 consultation request.
