WTO Dispute Settlement Proceeding Regarding China-Certain Measures Granting Refunds, Reductions or Exemptions From Taxes and Other Payments
The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) is providing notice that on February 2, 2007, in accordance with the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization (WTO Agreement), the United States requested consultations regarding certain measures granting refunds, reductions or exemptions from taxes and other payments owed to the government by enterprises in China. That request may be found at https://www.wto.org contained in a document designated as WT/DS358/1. USTR invites written comments from the public concerning the issues raised in this dispute.
