Information Collection Request Submitted to OMB for Review and Approval; Comment Request; Part 71 Federal Operating Permit Program (Renewal)
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted an information collection request (ICR), part 71 Federal Operating Permit Program (Renewal) (EPA ICR Number 1713.13, OMB Control Number 2060- 0336) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). This is a proposed extension of the ICR, which is currently approved through November 30, 2022. Public comments were previously requested via the Federal Register on January 7, 2022, during a 60-day comment period. This notice allows for an additional 30 days for public comments. A fuller description of the ICR is given below, including its estimated burden and cost to the public. An agency may not conduct or sponsor and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number.
Pesticide Registration Review; Proposed Interim Decisions for the Rodenticides; Notice of Availability
This notice announces the availability of EPA's proposed interim registration review decisions and opens a 75-day public comment period on the proposed interim decisions for the following rodenticides: Brodifacoum, bromadiolone, bromethalin, chlorophacinone, cholecalciferol, difenacoum, difethialone, diphacinone (and its sodium salt), strychnine, warfarin (and its sodium salt), and zinc phosphide.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Research and Development (ORD), gives notice of 2023 public meetings of the Human Studies Review Board (HSRB). The HSRB provides advice, information, and recommendations on issues related to scientific and ethical aspects of third-party human subjects' research that are submitted to the Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP) to be used for regulatory purposes.
