The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response (OSWER), Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is giving notice that it proposes to create a new system of records pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a). The EPA is implementing the Emergency Management PortalField Readiness Application (EMP-FR) which will contain information used by the Agency to (1) track and manage training and certifications for Agency emergency management and response personnel and those subject to Agency safety, health, and environmental management training and medical monitoring requirements; (2) contact EPA staff who are members of the Response Support Corps (RSC) in off- hours when they are needed to be sent to an emergency response incident or to contact an emergency point of contact in case of injury to the RSC member while working at an incident; and (3) respond to requests for statistical compilations of such information made by the Office of Management and Budget, the Department of Labor and the Department of Homeland Security.

This notice announces EPA's order for the cancellations, voluntarily requested by the registrants and accepted by the Agency, of the products listed in Table 1 of Unit III., pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). Any distribution, sale, or use of the products subject to this cancellation order is permitted only in accordance with the terms of this order, including any existing stocks provisions.
