Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans; Indiana; Sulfur Dioxide and Nitrogen Dioxide Ambient Air Quality Standards
EPA is proposing to approve a request submitted by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management on April 15, 2011, and supplemented on January 30, 2013, to revise the Indiana state implementation plan (SIP) for nitrogen dioxide (NO2) and sulfur dioxide (SO2) under the Clean Air Act. This submittal consists of revisions to the Indiana Administrative Code that amend the national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) for NO2 and SO2 to be consistent with the NAAQS that EPA promulgated in 2010.

This submittal consists of revisions to the Indiana Administrative Code (IAC) that amend the national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) for NO2 and SO2 to be consistent with the NAAQS that EPA promulgated in 2010.
