Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans; Delaware; Electric Generating Unit Multi-Pollutant Regulation
EPA is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Delaware. This revision pertains to establishing limits on the emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOX) and sulfur dioxide (SO2) from Delaware's large electric generation units (EGUs). This action is being taken under the Clean Air Act (CAA or the Act).

This is a request to reinstate a previously approved collection. The ICR, which is abstracted below, describes the nature of the information collection and its estimated burden and cost.

This document announces the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) responses to Agency Clearance requests, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq). An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to, a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. The OMB control numbers for EPA's regulations are listed in 40 CFR part 9 and 48 CFR chapter 15.
Water Quality Standards for Puerto Rico

Clean Air Act Operating Permit Program; Petition To Object to Title V Permits for Potlatch Corporation's Clearwater Wood Products Facility, Idaho Pulp and Paperboard Division, and Consumer Products Division, Lewiston, ID
Pursuant to Clean Air Act (CAA) section 505(b)(2) and 40 CFR 70.8(d), the EPA Administrator signed an order dated May 7, 2007, denying a petition to object to state operating permits issued by the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality to Potlatch Corporation's Clearwater Wood Products Facility, Idaho Pulp and Paperboard Division, and Consumer Products Division, all located in Lewiston, Idaho (Potlatch permits). This order constitutes final action on the petition submitted by Mr. Mark Solomon, representing the Idaho Conservation League, Friends of the Clearwater, and himself, on February 7, 2003, requesting that EPA object to the issuance of the Potlatch permits. Pursuant to section 505(b)(2) of the CAA, any person may seek judicial review in the United States Court of Appeals for the appropriate circuit within 60 days of this notice under section 307 of the CAA.
