The information collection requests a three-year extension with changes to its Petroleum Marketing Program (PMP), OMB Control Number 1905-0174. The PMP collects and publishes data on the nature, structure, and efficiency of petroleum markets at national, regional, and state levels. EIA uses this information to monitor volumes and prices for crude oil and petroleum products.

EIA submitted an information collection request for extension as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The information collection requests a three-year extension, with only changes to the number of respondents, of Form NWPA-830G, ``Standard Contract for Disposal of Spent Nuclear Fuel and/or High-Level Radioactive Waste,'' Appendix G, under OMB Control Number 1901-0260. Form NWPA-830G, ``Appendix G-Standard Remittance Advice for Payment of Fees (including Annex A to Appendix G), which is part of the Standard Contract collects information concerning a company's quarterly payments into the Nuclear Waste Fund of ongoing fees for spent nuclear fuel disposal. Form NWPA- 830G, is a mandatory form that serves as the source document for entries into DOE accounting records to transmit data from purchasers to DOE concerning payment of the Spent Nuclear Fuel Disposal Fee into the Nuclear Waste Fund. Although the Department of Energy determined that, effective May 16, 2014, the Spent Nuclear Fuel Disposal Fee is 0.0 mills per kWh, the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of the General Counsel, given the continuing nature of the Department's statutory responsibilities regarding spent nuclear fuel, directed EIA to continue activities associated with the collection of net electricity generation data.

EIA invites public comment on the proposed three-year extension, with changes, to the Generic Clearance for Questionnaire Testing, Evaluation, and Research, as required under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. EIA-882T, Generic Clearance for Questionnaire Testing, Evaluation, and Research, provides EIA with the authority to utilize qualitative and quantitative methodologies to pretest questionnaires and validate the quality of data collected on EIA's surveys. EIA uses EIA-882T to meet its obligation to publish, and otherwise make available independent, high-quality statistical data to federal government agencies, state and local governments, the energy industry, researchers, and the general public.

The information collection requests a three-year extension of its Form EIA-63C, Densified Biomass Fuel Report, OMB Control Number 1905-0209. The report is part of EIA's comprehensive energy data program. Form EIA-63C collects monthly data on the manufacture, shipment, exports, energy characteristics, and sales of densified biomass fuels and other densified biomass fuel products data from facilities that manufacture densified biomass fuel products (pellet fuels), for energy applications.

The information collection requests a three-year extension of its Form EIA-111 Quarterly Electricity Imports and Exports Report, OMB Control Number 1905-0208. Form EIA-111 collects information on U.S. imports and exports of electricity. Data are used to obtain estimates on the flows of electricity into and out of the United States.

EIA's PMP collects volumetric and price information needed for determining the supply of and demand for crude oil and refined petroleum products. PMP consists of 10 surveys that collect data on petroleum products. EIA uses this information to monitor volumes and prices for crude oil and petroleum products.

EIA submitted an information collection request for extension as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The information collection requests a three-year extension with changes of its Uranium Data Program (UDP), OMB Control Number 1905-0160. The UDP consists of three surveys. Form EIA-851A Domestic Uranium Production Report (Annual) collects annual data from the U.S. uranium industry on uranium milling and processing, uranium feed sources, uranium mining, employment, drilling, expenditures, and uranium reserves. Form EIA-851Q Domestic Uranium Production Report (Quarterly) collects monthly data on uranium production that is reported on a quarterly basis. Form EIA-858 Uranium Marketing Annual Survey collects annual data from the U.S. uranium market on uranium contracts and deliveries, inventories, enrichment services purchased, uranium in fuel assemblies, feed deliveries to enrichers, and unfilled market requirements for the current year and the following ten years.

Form NWPA-830G is part of the Standard Contract for Disposal of Spent Nuclear Fuel and/or High-Level Radioactive Waste. Generators and owners of spent nuclear fuel and high-level radioactive waste of domestic origin paid fees into the nuclear waste fund based on net electricity generated and sold as defined in the Standard Contract.
