The U.S. Election Assistance Commission is publishing notice of its final rules implementing provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, the Government in the Sunshine Act, and the Privacy Act.
Publication of State Plan Pursuant to the Help America Vote Act
Pursuant to sections 254(a)(11)(A) and 255(b) of the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), Public Law 107-252, the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) hereby causes to be published in the Federal Register changes to the HAVA State plan previously submitted by Georgia.
Testimony by Commission Employees Relating to Official Information and Production of Official Records in Legal Proceedings, Standards of Conduct for Commission Employees, and Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Handicap in Programs or Activities Conducted by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission
The U.S. Election Assistance Commission is promulgating administrative regulations to implement standards of conduct for Commission employees, requirements on testimony by Commission employees and production of Commission records in legal proceedings, and requirements for nondiscrimination on the basis of handicap in programs or activities conducted by the Commission.
