The Department of Commerce, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), invites the general public and other Federal agencies to comment on proposed, and continuing information collections, which helps us assess the impact of our information collection requirements and minimize the public's reporting burden. The Economic Development Administration (EDA) proposes to extend Form ED- 209, Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Financial Report, to continue collecting limited performance information from EDA RLF award recipients. The purpose of this notice is to allow for 60 days of public comment preceding submission of the collection to OMB.

Notice of National Advisory Council on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Meeting
The National Advisory Council on Innovation and Entrepreneurship (NACIE) will hold a virtual public meeting on Tuesday, July 27, 2023. In 2022, U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina M. Raimondo appointed a cohort of 33 members to NACIE, and this will be this cohort's fourth meeting. During this meeting, NACIE expects to discuss workforce, capital, entrepreneurship, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in the technology and innovation economies in furtherance of NACIE's development of a national strategy to strengthen technology- and innovation-centric entrepreneurship.

During this meeting, NACIE expects to finalize and vote on a recommendation related to the regional technology and innovation hubs program recently enacted and funded by Congress.

The National Advisory Council on Innovation and Entrepreneurship (NACIE) will hold a public meeting on Thursday, February 9, 2023. In 2022, U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina M. Raimondo has appointed a cohort of 33 members to NACIE, and this will be this cohort's third meeting. NACIE will continue to consider the development of a national entrepreneurship strategy, an overview of Federal support for technology innovation and entrepreneurship, and an exploration of critical emerging technologies, and the regional technology and innovation hubs program recently enacted and funded by Congress.
