L. 102-40), dated May 7, 1991, revised the disciplinary grievance and appeal procedures for employees appointed under 38 U.S.C. 7401(1). It also required the periodic designation of employees of the Department who are qualified to serve on Disciplinary Appeals Boards. These employees constitute the Disciplinary Appeals Board Panel from which Board members in a case are appointed. This notice announces that the roster of employees on the Panel is available for review and comment. Employees, employee organizations, and other interested parties shall be provided, without charge, a list of the names of employees on the Panel upon request and may submit comments concerning the suitability for service on the Panel of any employee whose name is on the list.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) ORD publishes this Request for Information (RFI) to solicit interest in forming public- private collaborations to develop new pharmacological treatments for PTSD. ORD is interested in developing collaborations with organizations that are interested in pursuing clinical trials specifically focused on PTSD. Such research would be detailed through a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) under the authority of the Federal Technology Transfer Act of 1986 (FTTA), Public Law 99-502, codified as amended in scattered sections of title 15, United States Code (U.S.C.). The CRADA will delineate the collaboration for PTSD treatment intended to test new drugs to benefit Veterans.

This Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) contains information concerning the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Program, initial and renewal supportive services grant application processes, and amount of funding available. The Funding Opportunity Number is VA-SSVF-120112. The Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance Number is 62.033. Applications for initial and renewal supportive services grants under the SSVF Program must be received by the SSVF Program Office by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on February 1, 2013. In the interest of fairness to all competing applicants, this deadline is firm as to date and hour, and VA will treat as ineligible for consideration any application that is received after the deadline. Applicants should take this practice into account and make early submission of their materials to avoid any risk of loss of eligibility brought about by unanticipated delays, computer service outages, or other delivery-related problems. For a Copy of the Application Package: Copies of the application can be downloaded directly from the SSVF Program Web site at: www.va.gov/homeless/ssvf.asp. On March 22, 2012, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) published a notice in the Federal Register (77 FR 16895) to announce the launch of VA's Project REACH Homelessness Mobile App Contest, authorized under section 105 of the America COMPETES Reauthorization Act of 2011. Project REACH leadership has decided to postpone announcement of the Grand Prize Winner until no later than 11 p.m. on December 31, 2012. Postponing the announcement will provide participants with a greater opportunity to receive recognition for their dedication and efforts to end Veteran homelessness. This notice serves as an update to the original notice affecting only the announcement date for the Grand Prize Winner.
