Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is hereby given that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) proposes to modify an existing system of records, ``Veterans Appellate Records SystemVA'' (44VA01). This system is used by the Board of Veterans' Appeals (Board) to process and track appeals, hearing requests, and information related to appeals of benefits decisions issued by the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), and National Cemetery Administration (NCA).
Agency Information Collection Activity Under OMB Review: CFM Stakeholder Feedback Survey
In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, this notice announces that the Office of Construction and Facilities Management, Department of Veterans Affairs, will submit the collection of information abstracted below to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and comment. The PRA submission describes the nature of the information collection and its expected cost and burden, and it includes the actual data collection instrument.
