Agency Information Collection Activity: CHAMP VA Benefits-Application, Claim, Other Health Insurance & Potential Liability
Veterans Health Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), is announcing an opportunity for public comment on the proposed collection of certain information by the agency. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, Federal agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information, including each proposed revision of a currently approved collection, and allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice.

Loan Guaranty: Loans To Purchase Manufactured Homes; Correction
On July 14, 1993, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) published a final rule in the Federal Register amending its manufactured home loan guaranty regulations to comply with certain provisions of the Veterans' Home Loan Program Improvements and Property Rehabilitation Act of 1987. That document erred in redesignating certain paragraphs in the regulatory provision pertaining to maximum loan amounts and terms. This document corrects that final rule.
