Loan Guaranty: Net Value Percentage Update
This notice provides information to lenders and mortgage holders in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) home loan guaranty program concerning the percentage to be used in calculating the purchase price of a property that secured a terminated loan. The new percentage is 15.95 percent.
Proposed Information Collection (Dependents' Request for Change of Program or Place of Training) Activity: Comment Request
The Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), is announcing an opportunity for public comment on the proposed collection of certain information by the agency. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, Federal agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information, including each proposed revision of a currently approved collection, and allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice. This notice solicits comments on the revision of the form to remove the statement that chapter 35 recipients cannot choose Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

This notice solicits comments on the information needed for Veterans, Veteran Representatives and health care providers to request reimbursement from the federal government for emergency services at a private institution.
