Proposed Information Collection (VHA Homeless Programs Project CHALENG (Community Homelessess Assessment, Local Education and Networking Groups) for Veterans)
The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), is announcing an opportunity for public comment on the proposed collection of certain information by the agency. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, Federal agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information, including each new collection, and allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice. This notice solicits comments on the information needed for Veterans, Veteran Representatives and health care providers to request reimbursement from the federal government for emergency services at a private institution.

This notice (FR Vol. 80, Number 94, May 15, 2015) was published in error; therefore this document corrects that error by withdrawing this FR notice, document number 2015-28050-28051.
