Funding Availability Under VA's Homeless Providers Grant and Per Diem Program
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is announcing the availability of funds for assistance under the Per Diem Only (PDO) component of VA's Homeless Providers Grant and Per Diem (GPD) Program. This Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) is for those current ``Transition in Place'' (TIP) grantees who seek to renew their 2012 TIP PDO grants. This NOFA contains information concerning the program, application process, and amount of funding available.

The Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), is announcing an opportunity for public comment on the proposed collection of certain information by the agency. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, Federal agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information, including each proposed revision of a currently approved collection, and allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice. This notice solicits comments for information needed to apply for counseling services.
