As required by the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a(e)(4)), notice is hereby given that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is amending a system of records in its inventory titled ``Supervised Fiduciary/Beneficiary and General Investigative RecordsVA'' (37VA27). VA is amending the system of records by updating it to reflect current program terminology, policies, and procedures, and revising the name, purpose(s), system manager and address, categories of individuals, types of information, and routine uses of records maintained in the system. VA is republishing the system notice in its entirety.

Under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, Federal agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information, including each revision, and allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice. This notice solicits comments for information needed to obtain medical evidence to adjudicate a claim for disability benefits.
