Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
As required by the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. 552a(e), notice is hereby given that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is amending the system of records currently entitled ``Veterans Appellate Records SystemVA'' (44VA01) established at 40 FR 38095 (8/26/75) and revised at 53 FR 46741-03 (11/18/88), 56 FR 15663-03 (4/17/91), 63 FR 37941-02 (7/14/98), 66 FR 47725-02 (9/13/01), and 70 FR 6079-02, (2/4/ 05). VA is amending the system by revising the Storage and Retention and Disposal sections and adding six routine uses.
Privacy Act of 1974
The Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552(e) (4)) requires all agencies publish in the Federal Register a notice of the existence and character of their systems of records. Notice is hereby given that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is establishing a new system of records titled ``VA Mobile Application Environment (MAE)-VA'' (173VA005OP2).
