Department of Veterans Affairs September 25, 2013 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) published a notice in a Federal Register on September 19, 2013 (78 FR 57683), inviting the public to comment on a proposed information collection titled ``Application for Standard Government Headstone or Marker for Installation in a Private or State Veterans' Cemetery, VA Form 40- 1330.'' This document withdrawals the Federal Register on September 19, 2013 (78 FR 57683). VA submitted this notice prematurely, will continue to develop it and will issue another notice in the near future.

In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501-3521), this notice announces that the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Department of Veterans Affairs, will submit the collection of information abstracted below to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and comment. The PRA submission describes the nature of the information collection and its expected cost and burden; it includes the actual data collection instrument.
