VA is amending the system of records by revising the System Name, System Location, Categories of Individuals Covered by the System, Categories of Records in the System, Authority for Maintenance, Purpose, Storage, Retrievability, Safeguards, System Manager(s) and Address, Notification Procedure, Record Access Procedure, and Records Source Category. VA is republishing the system notice in its entirety.
