As required by the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. 552a(e)(4) notice is hereby given that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) proposes to amend a system of records entitled ``Personnel and Accounting Integrated Data System''VA (27VA047). This amendment will update our Routine Uses of Records Maintained in the System. VA has changed the title of this System of Record from ``Personnel and Accounting Pay System''VA (27VA047) to ``Personnel and Accounting Integrated Data System''VA (27VA047). VA is republishing this system of records in its entirety.

The Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), is announcing an opportunity for public comment on the proposed collection of certain information by the agency. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, Federal agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information, including each proposed extension of a currently approved collection, and allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice. This notice solicits comments for information needed to establish a legal contract between VA and Federal-appointed fiduciaries.

In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501-3521), this notice announces that the Office of General Counsel, Department of Veterans Affairs, has submitted the collection of information abstracted below to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and comment. This notice solicits comments on the information needed to determine an applicant's eligibility to receive a grant and/or per diem for programs to assist homeless veterans' transition to independent living and to determine if the grantee is meeting the objectives outlined in the original grant application.
