Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
As required by the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. 552a(e), notice is hereby given that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is amending the system of records entitled ``The Revenue ProgramBilling and Collections RecordsVA'' (114VA16) as set forth in the Federal Register 67 FR 41573 and as amended in 69 FR 4205 and 70 FR 55207. VA is amending the system of records by revising the Purpose and Routine Uses of Records Maintained in the System.
Privacy Act of 1974
The Privacy Act of 1974, (5 U.S.C. 552a(e)(4)) requires that all agencies publish in the Federal Register a notice of the existence and character of their systems of records. Notice is hereby given that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is establishing a new system of records entitled ``Inquiry Routing & Information System (IRIS)-VA'' (151VA005N).
