Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Information Collection; Comment Request
The OCC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on a continuing information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. The OCC is soliciting comment concerning its information collection titled, ``Recordkeeping Requirements for Securities Transactions12 CFR part 12.''

The OCC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on a continuing information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless the information collection displays a currently valid OMB control number. Currently, the OCC is soliciting comment concerning its extension, without change, of an information collection titled, ``Release of Non- Public Information12 CFR 4, Subpart C.'' The OCC is also giving notice that it has submitted the collection to OMB for review.
Additional Designation of Entities Pursuant to Executive Order 13382
The Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (``OFAC'') is publishing the names of 19 newly-designated entities whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to Executive Order 13382 of June 28, 2005, ``Blocking Property of Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferators and Their Supporters'' and 123 related vessels.
