Fees for Services Performed in Connection With Licensing and Related Services-2023 Update
The Board updates for 2023 the fees that the public must pay to file certain cases and pleadings with the Board. Pursuant to this update, 76 of the Board's 136 fees will increase, and 60 fees will remain at their current levels.
Terry W. Fischer & TKRG Holdings Inc.-Acquisition of Control-Royal Coach Tours
On July 21, 2023, Terry W. Fischer (Fischer) and TKRG Holdings Inc. (TKRG) (collectively, Applicants) filed an application to acquire from Daniel K. Smith and Sandra S. Allen (Individual Sellers) and New Holdco, a to-be-formed California corporation, control of all the outstanding equity interests of Royal Coach Tours (Royal), a passenger motor carrier. The Board is tentatively approving and authorizing the transaction, and, if no opposing comments are timely filed, this notice will be the final Board action.
Notice of Rail Energy Transportation Advisory Committee Vacancies
The Surface Transportation Board (Board) hereby gives notice of six vacancies on its Rail Energy Transportation Advisory Committee (RETAC) for one representative from Class I railroads; two representatives from Class II or Class III railroads; one representative from biofuel feedstock growers or providers and biofuel refiners, processors, and distributors; one representative from private car owners, car lessors, or car manufacturers; and one at large representative. The Board is soliciting nominations from the public for candidates to fill these vacancies.
